We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India. For international customers, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Can I request custom tailoring or alterations?
Yes, many of our lehengas and unstitched suits come with customization options. You can select the 'Stitching' service on the product page and provide your measurements for a bespoke fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. Please note that customized or stitched items are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my Koskii heavy-work garments?
Due to the delicate nature of zari, sequins, and embroidery, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our ethnic wear to maintain the fabric's integrity and shine.
